If you want to use one of my designs for POD, please contact me for the correct license before purchasing. This also includes using Printful, Printify, or similar sites to make items for you to sell in your own store on Etsy, Shopify, etc. This includes Amazon Merch, RedBubble, Teespring, etc. None of our files can be used for Print-on-Demand services.

If you sell more than 200 items with any one design, please contact us to upgrade your license. You can create up to 200 physical items with each design. > These files are for personal and small business use only.
It’s best to continue to check the phrases you use on items you sale periodically throughout the year. We do check our designs before uploading them, however, with people trademarking phrases everyday, it’s possible that a saying or phrase we use will be trademarked in the future. > It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the USPTO database for trademarks before selling any items with our designs. We do not give out any font names that we use. If you like a font we show for personalization and want yours the same way, please contact us before you purchase and we can set up a custom listing for you. Please use your favorite font to personalize any of our designs. However, none of our listings come personalized or with a font to personalize the design. > On some designs we show personalization so that you can visualize the design and how it can be used. Wood background image will not be shown on the download files.
